Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Release Date 3 Is leak

Fans of the series will be marked on November 8 in their agendas, according to several reputable retailers.

No officials announced the game's publisher, Activision, though.

However, Amazon, HMV and Game are advertising that day as the release date for the next blockbuster in 2009's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Neil Ashurst, who works for the game, said: "Call of Duty franchise is one of gaming's most emblematic of this generation, both with Modern Warfare 1 and 2 are two of the best selling games ever.

"The next episode, Modern Warfare 3 will be released November 8 and we know that our customers can not wait to get their hands on it."

As part of one of the best-selling games for the franchise, Modern Warfare is a lot of lives.

His predecessor, Modern Warfare 2 broke sales records when it debuted in 2009.

The first day of its release it has sold an estimated 1.23 million units, plus about £ 47m in the UK alone, according to industry body the Association for Interactive Entertainment UK (UKIE ).

Robert Kotick, CEO of Activision, described at the time as "one of the biggest launches of any means of entertainment of all time."

It is likely that demand will be stronger if not stronger this time.
